Learning the workshop on plastering recently had me realise that I could make a mould using either clay, plaster or wax. When I had cut out this word in mount board, I have decided to make a clay version of it and to use this as a base to my mould. 
I then melted rubber over the word and let it dry. 

I tried fine plaster as a experiment for the mass produced words. 
I have use rubber instead of a machine that vacuums a sheet of plastic which you can then pour the material you want inside of it. I think this is a more sensible option because if the clay word wasn't at perfect angles, anything that I would pour into it would crack when trying to break it out. Rubber is easy to manipulate when wanting to extract them.
